How to lodge a Customer Enquiry

1. Login to the rewards store with your credentials. This can include an email address and password or a membership number depending on the store.
2. If you can see the 'Help' tab above, along the same line as the different categories, hover over the icon and select 'Contact Us'.
Alternatively, if you can't find the 'Help' tab, click 'Enquiries' at the top right near 'My Account".

3. From here you'll be able to see any open enquiries and create a new one. Click 'Create Enquiry' to the right.

4. Fill out a subject and your message. You can also include attachments if you have a screenshot to assist with your question. If you've placed an order, or your question is related to a specific order, select it from the menu at the bottom.

5. Once you're finished, click 'Create Enquiry' to submit.
