Can I cancel my order?

For auditing and good governance purposes, our systems do not allow us to cancel an order once it has been processed.

eVouchers:

As per terms and conditions of sale eVouchers CANNOT be cancelled. The ticketing system does not allow cancellation of eVoucher orders where serial codes have already been sent to customers and our suppliers are not able to cancel serial codes. Cancellation or refunds will not be issued due to user error, or a change of mind.  However, in exceptional circumstances where a code may be corrupted, a replacement will be issued.

Mailout Tickets: 

a) If you have ordered mailout tickets and they have NOT yet been posted and are not part of a combined mailout and eVoucher order, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact customersupport@neatideas.com.au

b) If your order has already been posted, we may be able to cancel the order as long as the vouchers are unused and you are able to return them to us within 14 days of placing your order.

Note:  Mailout tickets cannot be exchanged or swapped for eVouchers.
